  • Do you gift wrap?
    Unfortunately, at this time, we do not provide gift wrapping services.
  • Are prices shown on or in the packaging?
    No. Prices are not shown on anything you physically receive.
  • Can I update / cancel my order?
    Please note that our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible. We may not be able to update/cancel your order in time, but please reach out to us via e-mail at info@adoraa.co.uk as soon as possible.
  • How do I find my order number?
    If you have a Adoraa account, simply log in and you can view all your orders. If you haven't created an account, no worries! You can create one anytime with the same email address used to place the order. Also note that with every order, we send an order confirmation email, which is sent to the same email used to make the purchase. Be sure to check all inboxes as it can make its way to the junk/spam/promotions folder.

    For orders placed outside of this Website (www.adoraa.co.uk), please send all enquiries to the relevant marketplace from which the purchase was made.
  • How do I clean my jewellery from Adoraa?
    We recommend cleaning your jewellery with a soft cloth . Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials to clean your jewellery. Always apply creams, perfumes and lotions before wearing the products. Store it in a safe dry place .
  • Do you offer ring re-sizing services?
    At this time, we do not. However, please reach out to us if you have a question on whether a particular ring can be re-sized and we'll let you know.
  • What are the delivery fees?
    We offer free standard deliveries with every order over £60.00. We also offer expedited delivery options for delivery within 1-2 days. To view all of the available delivery options, please view delivery options available on our Website.
  • When can I expect delivery?
    If your order was placed with free standard shipping, delivery can take up to 7 business days (not including UK holidays)
  • Where do you deliver to?
    Currently, we only deliver within the United Kingdom.
  • General Delivery Information
    All orders are processed during business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.Delivery estimates are based on date the order is dispatched/shipped, not from order date. Our website will provide you with this information. We ship to UK only. We do not ship internationally at this time. Next day and 2nd day delivery options apply Mondays to Fridays only. These deliveries do not qualify for Saturday Delivery. All deliveries are tracked, and some packages depending on order value must be signed for. When choosing a Next day / 2nd day delivery option, orders must be placed by 1 PM Monday to Friday e.g., for delivery Tuesday please place your order by 1 PM Monday, and for Monday deliveries please place your order by 1 PM Friday. Orders placed after 1 PM will be dispatched on the next business day. Please be aware that UK public holidays will affect your expected delivery date. When placing your order, the expected delivery date will be clearly shown during the checkout process. All orders come packed in our branded boxes, free of charge. Delivery options will be shown on the Website at the point of ordering, and we offer free delivery for orders over the value of £60.00.
  • What are the return fees?
    We provide free delivery on all orders over £50 and buyers are responsible for returning any Products to us in accordance with our Terms and Conditions / Returns Policy.
  • What is your return and exchange policy?
