All orders are processed during business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.Delivery estimates are based on date the order is dispatched/shipped, not from order date. Our website will provide you with this information.

We ship to UK only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Next day and 2nd day delivery options apply Mondays to Fridays only. These deliveries do not qualify for Saturday Delivery.

All deliveries are tracked, and some packages depending on order value must be signed for.

When choosing a Next day / 2nd day delivery option, orders must be placed by 1 PM Monday to Friday e.g., for delivery Tuesday please place your order by 1 PM Monday, and for Monday deliveries please place your order by 1 PM Friday. Orders placed after 1 PM will be dispatched on the next business day.

Please be aware that UK public holidays will affect your expected delivery date. When placing your order, the expected delivery date will be clearly shown during the checkout process.

All orders come packed in our branded boxes, free of charge.

Delivery options will be shown on the Website at the point of ordering, and we offer free delivery for orders over the value of £50.00.
Returns

Goodwill Guarantee - we offer a 30-day money back guarantee.
We offer a goodwill guarantee in addition to your statutory rights. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return the item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of buying it. All returns must have the original tag intact and must be returned in the Adoraa gift box it came in.
Returning or exchanging an item
To return or exchange an item, fill out and submit a contact form (you'll need your order number), or use the model cancellation form found on the Website. You can also send us an e-mail at info@adoraa.co.uk. When we receive your request, we’ll send you a Return Authorisation Number and instructions on how to return or exchange your item.
Please send your return via any traceable method. We also ask you to insure the package for the amount you paid for the item(s) - we cannot be held responsible for returns that aren’t received or returns that are received damaged.
We will not authorise any refund for any items that we do not receive.
Damaged items
We will not accept any returned item that is not in its original condition without the tag intact, unless a return authorisation for shipping damaged or a defective item has been granted before you sent the return.
We cannot be responsible for damage caused by misuse or mistreatment of jewellery. Jewellery is delicate and should be treated as such.
We make every effort to inspect all items before shipping, however, if your item has arrived damaged or defective; please let us know right away.
Returns/exchanges on three or more items
Excessive returns of three or more items per order may be subject to a restocking fee for the extra materials, shipping cost and time required to process these orders and returns.
